Malitaba cc has developed comprehensive training manuals and material which is conceptualised for South Africa. This material can be localised for your environment.

HIV/AIDS WORKPLACE PROGRAMME: 
A programme with five elements that can be implemented in totality or each element on each its own. Programme content can be adapted for any environment:
·         Awareness Blitz
·         Comprehensive Health Survey
·         Voluntary Counselling and Testing Services
·         Policy Development
·         Facilitate Planning and Implementation Workshops for key players.
·         Train the Trainer
·         Train Peer educators
·         Train Lay Counsellors
·         Monitoring Trainers, PEs, Counsellors and Programme
·         Evaluate programme
·         Debriefing/Counselling for Counsellors and Employees
·         In-service sessions for trainers, PEs and Counsellors

WELLNESS (EAP) PROGRAMME:
Individual and group debriefing/counselling sessions, workshops form our Lifeskills programmes, mediation, medical (cholesterol, high blood pressure exams etc) and alternative(massage, detox treatments etc) health options and team building workshops are all part of this package.
LIFESKILLS PROGRAMME:
These programmes are run from the ages six and up and are adapted for a wide range of environments i.e. Schools, Churches, Communities, Corporate and NGO.  Some Workshop Topics:

ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
Work within this area uses the concept of "Learning Organisations". Malitaba is able to work with all levels of staff in groups or as individuals but focuses mainly on mentorship/coaching as a method to empower staff.
